Submit a request to directors@southoceanestates.com to have your property cleared at least seven (7) days prior. (POA fees must be current prior to applying)

South Ocean Estates Property Owners Association (SOEPOA) will issue a response within two (2) business days.

Property clearing cannot begin until clearing policy signed and returned and written notice has been given from SOEPOA.

Owners are responsible for adhering to clearing guidelines provided and maintaining lot once cleared.

All POA fees must be up to date to apply and remain current during construction (Stop order will be issued 90 days on past due accounts)

1.  Full set of Construction Drawings should be submitted to SOEPOA for review to directors@southoceanestates.com

2.  Building Permit sign to be displayed,  (construction company logo or branding not allowed) 

3. Refundable deposit of $2,500 (Construction MUST be completed within 18 Months. (#17 of restrictive covenants) 

4. Sewerage connection $1500* (SOEPOA personnel only, $350 fine will be added to cost for tampering)

Once Construction Drawings have been reviewed and deemed compliant with the Restrictive Covenants, Annual and Special Assessment Fees satisfied SOEPOA will issue written notice granting approval to proceed with construction.

Construction Drawings shall be approved by the Ministry of Works prior to breaking ground.

Once plumbing and drainage line installation is complete written notice should be given to request connection of the main sewer line to the SOE sewer system. This shall only be performed by SOE authorized personnel. 

Owners are responsible for adhering to project guidelines provided.
